Orders & Purchases
Our set conditions are authoritative and shall apply to all of our orders. Your orders are only legally authentic if issued or verified in writing. Therefore, all orders must be confirmed in writing straight away. If an order is not approved within 14 days of the order, we reserve the right to cancel it.
Refund and Returns
Ethnology has a return policy that allows users to return a specific item if it does not appeal to their palates. However, a customer is eligible for a return/refund on the following conditions:
- Refunds can be requested if the order hasn't been shipped.
- If the delivered item has gone stale.
- Refund or exchange can be requested If the received item is different from what was ordered.
- Items for sale are considered final sale. Refunds or return will not be allowed.
Remember that Ethnology reserves the right to decline any refund of the purchase that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Shipping Charges
The buyer is fully responsible for initiating the process of any item they wish to return. That, too, within 24 hours. Buyers will have to pay the shipping fee for any returns they initiate. Ethnology won’t be held responsible if the procession for any returned item is delayed.
